Site listing problem on Google

Hi there

Our site has been in Google for over 3 years now with a decent listing but yesterday the homepage disappeared and was replaced by an affiliate link to our site, something like oursite.com?partner=affiliate

Apart from it looking poor (and the affiliate getting all the hits) we also dropped about 10 places in the SERPs. I can handle the drop as these things happen but would really like to get the domain showing up as it should in the listings. Searches that yield results for sub-pages have remained fine.

What's best do you think, wait and see or is there something we could try out?

Quite right too. Unless you have a very bad conscience about changes you have made recently. They are obviously playing with the index, so we are all going to wobble a bit or a lot!
