Google seems to be ignoring me

Hi all,

I get the feeling Google has blacklisted one of my sites for some reason.

Template-Layouts. This site first went out under the domain of webgraffics.com ..... around 7 months later no PR and no outside visitors apart from those coming from links on our other sites. I had on the pages used the word "template" a lot of times ... i.e. business template .... hairdresser template .... etc etc, plus had lots of adverts to other stuff - so thought maybe I had overdone it. We decided to change the domain name and redo each page - took away all the ads and was careful with the wording. Submitted the site to the major SE, including google. Still no PR and Google search for main words show nothing except a couple links we have on other sites .. MSN search brings up the site with no problem.

Our webstats still show no outside visitors .....

I have a book affiliate site where I have done no work to metatags yet, yet it gets found, but has only been up and running for around 4 weeks and has a PR2 .......

So please, some help here .... what is wrong with Template-Layouts ..... why is Google ignoring it ....
