Default If You Ain't Payin', You Can Forget It

I just found quite a bit of proof that if you aren't paying Google some money, you will never get listed decently.

Therefore, I give up on Google, and move on to a better and more dependable means of advertising.

Google absolutely sucks in my mind.

They seem to pay absolutely no attention to "relevancy" whatsoever. So, I give up on trying to please them.

haha what 'proof' do you have? Cuz there are lots of webmasters on this forum, myself included who rank quite well with Google without having to 'pay'.

BTW, if you are talking about the site in your signature....the keyword(s) with the greatest density of the page are bamamama drums - Google thinks that this is what your page is about because of this .... you rank number one for that term on Google. How could they be even more relevant?

We are "PLASTERED" all over 1st page SERPS for several Sites in numerous 1, 2 and 3 word keywords and keyphrases for our clients and ourselves in as many as 5 or 6 million returns, without paying anyone, anywhere! It would take me DAYS to pull them all out! - Even better... Ohh check out those SERPS in MSN beta for our W3C Validated Sites --- Ohhhh!, Talk about smelling "Sweet"! - Hands Down, No Competition!

If you don't believe me check "hydrocyclone" even without the parentheses, #2/17,400 - Google. Now don't go to the other SE's (even better)! We are not even talking "Validated" and MSN Beta here - Do you want to go there????

Content Depth (100 pages?) uniqueness, depth, uniqueness, depth, uniqueness, depth ---- That's the game here...(as if it hasn't always been) Content really is "King", (as if it wasn't ever) just forget all the extraneous BS.... It's really not worth it, outside of MSN and Validation, that is... - That's our experience... Take it for what you want!

LOL

allright activeco

My clients are technical types and I did just pull one of the competitive "1 word" keywords off the "top of my head". We have several 1 word keywords in the top 3 in all the Search Engines. Not many can claim and substantiate that...

What's so funny? Do you want to see more serious competition in 2 or 3 word keyphrases? 250K-5M returns?

We can go there too, can you?

I honestly have no clue besides the 300 or so keyphrases I am following for 3 clients only. One of them doesn't even have server stats, so how do I know? Shooting in the dark.... All I know is that they are on Page 1 everywhere...and above much "bigger guns"!

Staying true to topic here...It is being done without "Paid Submissions".

That's a FACT!

Ken , no offense,

I know you meant "quotation marks", but still I thought you were joking.
One word with or without "" gives the same results.

activeco,

No offense taken!

You know, I don't see search methods discussed here very often, but there is a lot to be said for personal preferences and differing results there.

What am I supposed to be looking at here?...actuially whatever it is, I dont place stock in MSN beta yet personally. Our site has been live for 26 days, and are #1 or #2 for dozens of million plus searches. Just fell from #1 to #2 spot for 'rent to own' 26 million results...we were #1 after 14 days online, and at least 10 other 5 million plus searches. I pray MSN beta remains as simple as it is.

As for the above comments about google? I wouldnt go that far myself, it does take time and there is no lack of unexplainable top spots, but there is a vague method to success in my opinion.
