Google Ranking effected from page to 2 to 9,help required

Our site http://www.mayahotelsindia.com was slowly & steadly picking up ranking in google & got to page 2 since July,04 to Nov.04 & suddenly after Nov.15,05 we have come down to page 9-10.Our last changes/modifications(Oct.04) were update hotel graphcs/images using macromedia flash player.Our website domain name is registered since Aug.2003.

We would be highly obliged for your valuable comments,suggestions,solutions.

Your header is most likely causing part of the problem - there's a lot of clutter and repetition.

1. You use the word Punjab four times in your title alone.

2. The meta tags for description and keywords both appear twice - and there's a lot of repetition. Try to use each targeted phrase once.

3. You have a bunch of unnecessary meta tags. I'd remove the revisit-after, email, author, publisher, copyright, reply-to, classification, and identifier-URL tags, at minimum.

I do not see how any of those could cause a site to drop.
Its not good practice to clutter up the head, but the affect on ranking would range from miniscule to no effect.
