Stop the PR madness!!!!

My website www.tipperary-central.com is gone mad in the last few days where page rank is concerned. I didnt have a massively high PR, it was 5 but now its gone down to 4.
The other pages on my site which had no page rank at all, now have one.

Another strange thing Google Ireland www.google.ie on Monday evening had a PR of 6, yes thats 6. I looked tonight and they are now at 8 but they always were 9.

Whats up??!!???
