Does the SERPs, Links, and PR Update Happen ALL at Once

It appears that the seeds are sown for the SERPs & Links & PR Update

They probably happen at the same time

But for Programming Reasons is becomes necessary for Google to Separate them into diffent time periods before they are DISPLAYED.

It appears that you can predict the following Links and PageRank Changes - by what is shown during the SERPs Rankings Update for virtually any Web Page.

It just is Publically Displayed at different Intervals
