Wrong url

We have a site, www.eyeonspain.com. We recently moved it to a new server and for some reason Google has picked up the url on some pages which are not in the correct format.

For example, if you type "web cam puerto banus" you get our webcam page (listed number 5) but the url should be "www.eyeonspain.com/eosWebCam.aspx"
, instead it is:

ws08.ipowerweb.com/eyeonspa/eosWebCam.aspx

I think it's because some directories are pointing to this temporary link (which is the server address).

I would like to change the listings in the directories to the correct url.

Will this affect the ranking of the page if I do this?
