I was looking for some info on PHP and Turck MMCache and stumbled across this explanation of PR and redirection from a development source. Not sure if it has been posted here before but I found it useful.

I don't know if relevance still pertains to these two links, (with the whimsical nature in which the algorithm is changed....after all its just for entertainment! lol) but it is interesting none the less. Money and nuts & bolts make the world go round.
