Yes, this confirms my earlier findings.
They are actually first for both, singular and plural terms, although the page has no SINGLE link nor reference from other sites in Google or any other SE (I guess this thread will add one).
Being the first link there, you made their title (probably script) and highly positioned keywords on their page.
The text is in anchor (to your site) but it is still part of the page.
But what more important here and everywhere is, it seems that Google moved from pagerank to SITERANK so lets talk about SR (no credits needed, thanks).
PR remained extremely imortant, but I still didn't figure out the exact measure of the home pages in SERPS, is it combined (
PR) with the actual local page
PR or does it count as the single determining factor only (in combo with Internal Ranking Score, of course).
