Many SEOs/Web masters/Promoters Concluded that
ONLY Pagerank 4 Made any difference in terms of Link Popularity or at the least Popularity of Links


Many REJECTED links Pages that did not reach that staus

and some REJECTED Homepages that did not reach that status at that time of submission

Maybe, Perhaps PageRank 4 was NOT a cut-off point (except for Being Displayed )

Perhaps the difference between PR3 and PR4 was no different that PR2 and PR3

Having done an experiment with a wide range of sites and equally competative keywords and comparing both tactics - the ones where ALL quality links are accepted - are doing significantly better than the ones where ONLY PR4 and above were accepted
