Default Taking a step back with Google...+ a Google Trick revealed

Hello Everyone,

Since I’ve added StatCounter to the www.DevelopAll.com3 days ago, I apparently have lost my top positions on google searches - over night - I was #1,2,3 for many key words for my industry -- ex: "offshore outsourcing solutions" I was #1 - or in the top 3 companies for "offshore outsourcing" ...+ many others

Can you please explain to me the effect that the counter had -- what would happen if I take it off the site - Please don't get me wrong - I really like the features - but I'd rather have the top positions- hopefully both --- if I already was taken off the top - can the removal of the counter get me back??? What penalties should I expect? What other options do I have?

StatCounter claims that there is no way I can be effected negatively... And that puzzles me, because there was just one more thing that I've done on that same day: --

--Shuffled around some of my GoogleAds - Keywords - deleted the keywords that were on hold or on trial, which I've done plenty of times before; now I'm thinking - was it just a coincidence that I have added the counter and totally overlooked the dependence of the GoogleAd keywords and the effect of that on my sites rating/rankings??? Since the keywords are placed throughout googles network - and since I have removed the keywords that Google claimed were on "hold" or on "trial" - can there be a chance that my rating/ranking was effected...

I think, I can be up to something here - one thing that concerns me, if my suspicion is in fact the case - that Googles ratings are actually Rigged! ***

What are your thoughts on it? Do you think that my suspicions are correct; am I up to something here? Any advice on how to get back up...should I remove the counter...? How can my findings be used more efficiently…?

Good luck to All! …and thank you in advance,

^D

Interesting

Changing the order of keywords etc can effect your rating as i beleive google measures where a word is from the body tag etc

But i am interested to see if adwords is rigged?

I wounder if having adsense gives you higher ratings
