Default Google Link Popularity Sample Increase

Greetings - WPW Forum Members!

I just noticed my Google link popularity sampling jumped by almost 20 IBLs. Has anyone else noticed this change for their website Google popularity sampling? Is this another momentary jump, that will settle back again? Curious.

BTW - I'm not saying this will have any effect on one's PR. Just noticed the big jump in IBL sampling.

Cheers!
Max

Hi martis!

I performed a common "link:http://www..." Google search - I did do some link submissions on the 19th of Oct., so I do not know if this increase is due to that or not.

Sinerely,
Max

Thanks - sfowler!

I was hoping this was not just another fluctuation, but a true sample increase. Now PR is another matter altogether, but we must all continue on working that SEO. (smiling)

Cheers!
Max

Nothing here either. But something got my attention. Why are results different for this commands:
"link:www..."
"link: www..."
"link: http://www...."

Whats the catch?
