Google Indexing 2 sites

I have 2 websites that sell the same products. One site is priced higher than the other as it is for wholesale. I plan on including a link on both sites so they can be cross linked. Will this be considered spamming by google? Will this hurt my page rank????
The reason for me doing this is that 1 of my 2 sites receives lots more traffic and it will benefit me to include a link on that site.

Why are you cross-linking the two sites? I can't imagine you doing it for your visitors as some will see the cheaper prices and want those prices rather than the higher ones.

If you're linking them together to influence the rankings then yes, it's spamming--and the search engines will not like you doing it. Rather, they'll probably end up penalizing you for it.
