Google Doesn't show the link and Search result

Hi Guys
It has been more then 2 months, i uploaded and submitted my website http://www.pulseuniform.com to different search engines and directory, including google. All of my main pages are well optimzed for my keywords and stuff. But i am not getting any search result for my keyword neither getiing any result for link:pulseuniform.com. Although my site is crawled by google long time ago and when i type pulseuniform it shows me abt 314 search result. I dont have any PR too.
Can anyone explain this to me. A friend of mine uploaded his web at the same time and he is getting search results and as well as PR, though he doesn't know any thing about optimization
