Default PR varies from Page to Page

Does anyone know why my google pagerank varies from
my index page to my other pages? My index page has a PR5 but all my other pages have a PR3.

Is there a reason for that and how might I get my
other pages up in rank as well? Do I need to establish links for all my pages?

Does anyone know how that works?

Thanks,
Elizabeth

Hi,

The PR is for only one page. One page=One PR.
In order to improve you must establish links for all your pages !!!

Arrange good internal link structure, with linking internal pages each other or some otherway to get many internal link to each page. If possible get external link to your internal pages too.....hope it help.

Generally, most sites will have PR of 1 less on their internal pages that are linked from the home page. If the home page PR is 5, the sites that it links to directrly usually has a 4.

Since PR is rounded, the PR of your home page is probably a high 4 (say 4.7) and your internal page is probably 3.x (not quite high enough to be a 4)
