Default HELP Please!!!

Good Day ladies and gents.
I have a huge problem that I hope someone can help me with.

My door knob brother called me up and asked me to check out a website so I did. I will give the URL at the end of this message.
When I did I received about 15 Virus Alert messages so I obviously closed the browser.
I then had a brand new shiny toolbar and about 10 new flashy desktop shortcuts and about 10 popups every time I opened my browser.
So, I obviously had something extra on my computer. OK, not really a problem because I have a new state of the art computer that will allow me to do a system restore, right. NO WAY. It won't allow that. that would be to easy...
So after calling my brother back and cursing him with every name I could think of, he tells me his computer froze so he didn't get all the crap that I did.
Next step, I run regcleaner and remove start up items and programs. Restart and still to no avail.
OK now I'm frantic... Ran Adaware, found spyware and removed it but still have this crap in my computer.
I went drastic and ran in safe mode. deleted everything that was unfamiliar in program files and cookies and TIF & startup and .ie5 files.
Restarted and still there.
1 minor glitch. My internet no longer works so I stole the computer of my coworker to write. Yes I am at work and totally frigged up my computer.
Can anyone direct me to a magic potion to fix this huge problem I have...
The spyware I found was "Enconfidence" and the toolbar name is "Begin2search.com toolbar". With a lovely popup of my daily horiscope every 5 seconds.
Now. Why am I posting this in google forum.
Why the heck does a Nice PR6 website and a good URL that has been around since the beginning of time do something like this.
I have already reported this site to google and I hope they will remove this site from their index until they fix this little problem.I know it would take a while before google gets my message so if anyone knows someone close at google, pass on this message to get this shmuck removed. I am guessing this URL was hijacked but we will never know, will we. DO NOT ENTER THIS SITE :"www.gamesDOTcom"UNLESS YOU HAVE A USELESS COMPUTER YOU NEED TO CHANGE ANYWAY MAJOR VIRUSES. Why in the world would anyone want to destroy other people's computers like this. I just don't get it.
A prompt response would be appreciated as I am currently without a work computer so I am currently stuck.
Any Help would be great.

Default Update.

This is an update to my problem.
After running in safe mode and removing the problem and files and folders.
Thinking there are no more traces of this crap left.
I realized that after restarting my computer, all is good and well. no more problems BUT, as soon as I open my browser. It all comes back. WHY.
Well, I figured out that there is what I think is a reg Key or something similar somewhere that redirects me from google to "my daily horiscope.net" which in turn reinstall's all the crap back to my computer.
SO. How do I change this redirect from google whenever I open my explorer.
Anyone, Anyone.
