I just noticed my toolbar went from a 5 to a 4.
Yikes! I've had the 5 for a month. Is google finishing up and giving me a lower ranking???? Man I hope not :-) My friends pc still says 5 but mine is 4.

Do not worry about that tool bar you may just be a low 5 or high 4.

I would not worry about that.

Google guy said that it would not be finished until tomorrow

I would not trust any of them at the moment - results will be coming form different data centers which will be in different stages of updating.

My homepage just went from PR5 to PR6. Wait... It's back to 5... Now 6 again...

The PR update is still migrating from data center to data center.

Mine has gone from 45 links to 120 links back to 45 and now again at I think 112

Yes, the Toolbar PR is fluctuating. Your backlinks will fluctuate too until all this settles down.
