Default Indexing and Appearing In Index

Hi, google just crawled my redesigned site, how long time it takes to appear in index and how about cashed versions? whan google changes them?

I believe the Cached version of sites is basically just the "last modified" version. So, next time you make changes, it catches them, and updates it, your previous version would be saved as the "cached" version.

For indexing, I would think it should be indexed within 24-48 hours... that's just a guess though...

my site was new a couple of weeks ago, when google hit me i appeared on the results within 24 hours, now i'm back off again. presumably because of the 'sandbox' effect..

problem is about reindexing, google keeps to old version of page and i don't like that ;(


probably it is the 1000 byte change that is exspected to google understand page as changed ;) lol, i have to try harder ;)

Wow, didn't know they had that ... in that case, add a 1,000 character paragraph worth of text at the bottom of the page and resubmit (if that actually requests the crawler to come back - otherwise wait).
