The charts load quite quickly. Unfortunately, changing the link style is not an option.

Fresh content does not help a site rank higher.

Why would you want to?

Twofold.

1) Many visitors/shoppers find having the current gold price when they're shopping for gold jewelry interesting/useful. I just don't want it to be overkill.

2) It's my understanding, please correct me if I'm wrong, that Google likes fresh content and will tend to crawl pages that offer fresh content a bit more often.

I see the problem for google as these charts are taken from other server, and google probably don't understand the feshines of images ;)

Anyway, I would add it they load fast, and remove, if thei makes page slow. that's all. if it makes page slow, ad one little gif image with "clicke here for gold charts":) that's it
