Are these competitor's pages identical content?

By Google's standards, are these two compeitior's pages dublicate content? They currently rank #4 & #5 for my optimized search phrase.

They appear to the viewer to be identical.

As I understand it -- and my personal real estate website is listed with them -- WorldWeb.com is a directory. Moreover, both links you mention go to the same page ( http://www.cincinnati.worldweb.com/ ), even though the ...com/Cincinnati link sometimes seems to redirect to the ...com/ one (although not every time).
In any case, I don't see a duplication or mirror. Moreover, if I assume your mention of "Cincinnati Photographers - Wedding: Photographers - Wedding in ..." relates to a search you make, the two links are among the results you get. Given this, the situation is no different than what happens on numerous occasions when a search is done. The duplication is in the results, not in the listed sites themselveds.
