BLOCK CAPITALS

Does Google give more weight to words that are in block capitals to those that are not when it comes to pages of similar ranks? For example JOHN SMITH over John Smith.

If you search for john smith you will see that number 24 in the search results has JOHN SMITH in the title and has a page rank of 4 and number 25 has John Smith in the title and has a page rank of 5.

I have also seen this before with other search terms but maybe it's down to other factors.

Doesn't make any difference as far as I know. I understand words in bold lettering may have an affect though.

Bluesuit I agree. I haven't seen any differences in my sites with caps, but I have with bold, and positioning in the heads of paragraphs (in the content text).

It's not supposed to make a difference, but it probably does in page copy...

Not sure.... Never nailed that down...?
