Google Indexing every 2-3 days

I have made several subpages keying on different words and it is taking google 2, 3days the most to index them.

I just made a page on monday uploaded it monday night and checked rankings today and its 69 already.

I have done this with other pages and got top 20 rankings in 2 days.
