Sudden Page Rank drop

Last week my site was ranked a 6/10, this week it's at 0/10. Any ideas on what caused this and how to reverse it?

Any number of things could cause this; a google glitch, loss of inbound links, or google discovering you are breaking some of their rules.

-->Have comparable number of links as competitors (also ranked at 6/10) Could understand dropping to 5 because of this, but to 0?

-->Fix by calling Google? Site basically the same as when first posted in February 2004. Wouldn't know what rule(s) been broken. Still listed on a search, just much lower on results page.

Just check this forum - we have had several threads about this 'glitch' - its happened to a lot of sites.
