Default Am I being Sandboxed? Still?!

I bought my new domain, IncLaunch.com, in January. It was parked until June when I uploaded my content. I cannot find my site in Google unless I do a search for my domain name. Same with Yahoo and MSN. I am getting absolutely no natural traffic. I think my site is pretty SEO'd. I've got 50 backlinks from Google and 150 in Yahoo. My site has over 100 pages of content, more than almost all of my competitors. Still nothing...

Am I being Sandboxed? Does Yahoo and MSN Sandbox new sites? My domain is 8 months old!! I read that the Sandbox Effect only lasts for 3 to 4 months. I need help!!

The keywords you are targeting are very competitive and would probably require your site to get more backlinks from related websites on "Incorporating".

I do find it troubling that some of your sub pages do not appear to be indexed and contain no PR value. Have you recently change the links of these sub pages by chance?

What is everyone elses feeling about this message that some sites get when doing a search on Google for all of a web sites URL:

In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 33 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included.

http://www.google.com/search?q=+site...&start=30&sa=N

You can see many of the pages that inclaunch would like to have achieve ranking for Google considers them duplicates. Other competitor websites have pages just like inclaunch but Google seems to trust them more and rank these pages:

http://www.bizfilings.com/pricing/ch...e.asp?state=MA

http://www.inclaunch.com/about_incor...sachusetts.php

I am seeing a connection to the Google message above and sub pages more and more in sites that are not preforming up to par.

Also have you considered removing IncLaunch.com at the beginning of every title meta tag and your descriptions for these pages all seem to be the same. This a NO-NO!

Ouch ! I thought it was GOOD practice to put your sitename on every page followed by a dash and the page title, such as

My Sitename - Page Name

Should we JUST have the page name ?

Yes. I recently, just the other day, went through and changed the internal links to the folder name rather than the file name. (http://www.inclaunch.com/ rather than http://www.inclaunch.com/index.htm) all the actual files have been indexed by Google. But the new addresses haven't.

Sorry small mis-understanding in my sentence structure. It is a NO-NO for duplicate descriptions. Having the site name in the front of a title tag is alright if you are getting the ranking preformance you want, but if not I would try other things like removing it from some pages as a test.

Any other ideas on why my site is no where to be found in the search engines? Should I just give up and get an SEO expert?
