Default Google not indexing my site correctly?

Hi,

I have a .htaccess file in my root to redirect it to mysite.com/catalog, I hope that's ok? I've been up for about 7 months and I only have 5 pages indexed by yahoo.com and 1 page in google, if you delete the www. google shows 15 pages but it the descriptions are missing?? Can anyone tell what I did wrong or am doing wrong? I might not be using the google commands right. As of know 100% of my traffic comes from overture adwords, that's it.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Google as such does not have much of a problem with handling various file types and extensions. But there are still the three golden googles you need to work on

-Content
-Relevant Link Backs
-Also, since your website is template driven your titles, descriptions etc stay the same throughout. Im not sure if that's a problem, it's a thought since I have been considering OSC for some of my sites but haven't taken the plunge for that specific reason.

I will myself watch this string for suggestions on that.

Maybe you'll find some info here that will help.

I suggest you try adding a few pages of content relevant to your business.
