First comment, a month isn't very long by search engine standards, so don't give up hope yet (but see below). Second comment, although I know this is not your question, is that your page seems rather slow to load (dial-up out in the country here so maybe it's me) and it seems a bit cluttered to me with some formatting issues. When I look at the code, there are some bits that need cleaning up too, like

<alt> tags for all those images would help too. You might find it helpful to post a message in Site Design and Review...
But to your actual question:

Add something descriptive here, like "Dedalus Consulting, Inc., market research and consulting for high technology." or words of your choice - give search engines something to find here besides your name.

<META NAME="Description"
CONTENT="Dedalus Consulting is a market research and consulting firm publishing high-technology analyses, including market sizing and competitive profiles.">

Seems okay - does it fully describe what you offer?

There are MANY problems here, not the least of which is (1) the list is WAYYYYY too long, (2) repeating "market research" a gazillion times, which in some places will get you penalized, and (3) listing all those countries - there's no point to that and it wastes keywords - some bots may never even get to the more imnportant ones because they'll hit the limit before you finish the geography list. Beyond that, some of these keywords are probably not helping at all - For example, people searching for "intelligence" are probably looking for information on IQ, not marketing - too broad and generic. Similarly, words like semi-conductor, nanotubes, fuel cell, batteries, neurology, pathology, surgery, and on and on. You don't do surgery and you don't manufacture components. And if I type in the word "Canada", I'm probably not looking for market research... There are some spelling errors, too, e.g., "dignostics" but I wouldn't worry about that for now since most of them are words that shouldn't be there anyway.
Ask yourself this question: you offer market research and analysis - what words are people who WANT to find you or someone like you going to enter? Well, probably not "surgery", "circuit board", neurology, military. etc., etc. People who enter those keywords or phrases aren't looking for you. And the people who ARE looking for you may not find you because I'm not sure the right keywords are there (I'm not in your industry so I'm not sure what keywords or phrases ARE best for you - I just know that these aren't it.
Trim that list WAY down - eliminate the padding and repetition - and make the keywords and phrases more specific and relevant to your site.

First of all, forget about "submitting" to Google. Just do a couple of link exchanges with high quality sites that are already in Google and you're all set.
As for Yahoo, as of right now you're automatically in Yahoo as soon as you get into Google because Google supplies Yahoo's standard search results. This could change relatively soon however due to recent aquisitions by yahoo and their shift in focus regarding their search results.
If you want to get a listing in the Yahoo Directory, you'll need to pony up the evaluation fee (I think it's $299/year, but I'm not sure). I don't pay the fee and I don't recommend it to my clients so I'm not sure about the cost.
Keep in mind that paying the fee doesn't guarantee that your site will be listed, just that it will be considered in a timely fashion.

I will add to what rlrouse has said. You need links to your site to get listed in Google. Submitting is a waste of time, as the Google spider/crawler needs to find you from links that are already in the index.
I can find no links to your site.

way too long
As minstrel pointed out, your keywords are way, way too long. I'm not really sure if I have ever seen a list quite like that. 20 or 25 is really enough.
The title should be viewed as prime real estate. You need to be very careful and selective about what goes there. Unless you are a very well known company, it is generally considered good practice to use the space for the main kws you expect to be used in a search rather than your co name.
One thing that should be noted, if you are having problems with googs, you probably are not listed elsewhere in dirs and ses. As rlrouse mentioned having links from other sites does help. Listings in dirs and other ses work the same way, perhaps better.
The last site I put up, I submitted to everything else but googs. At the site in my sig, I have a list of the ses and dirs on the left side that I usually rip through when I put up new property. As an expirment (something it seems I'm always doing) I did not submit to goog, but did submit to just about everything else. It was listed in 12 days, #4 under my prime kw in goog, first day.
Getting listed in good dirs will usually do the trick and there's nothing to it. It takes about a half hour to do, and you are listed in no time, even as short as a few hours.
peace...Paul
