Default Google Stock Auction, are you bidding?

What would you bid for a share of Google stock, is it worth $150.00 per share?

Do you know that the class of stock that they are selling to the public is class "B" shares with little voting power.

Why did Google choose the Dutch Auction process, do they think that these investors will hang on longer instead of selling out quickly.

I think that is why they made the choice to sell the stock this way. Lots of shares in the hands of small investors with a big dream.

But will any of those small investors make money with all of the lawsuits facing Google (Overture, AXA, Geico, American Wallpaper, not to mention Froogles and Googles)?
