Default Links from nuke sites

Google reports I have 617 backlinks. When I check them, most are from two nuke sites. Checking the links with Prog I see that about 60 (I didn't count) are PR6. There's a bunch of PR5 and so on till the PR0s kick in. Both sites are relevant to my sites content.

An article I read from WebPro had a chart of how many links from what ranked sites were required to make a certain PR. Most people say a link from a 6 will give you a 4, etc.

I missed the last update since my site is now only two months old and still PR0. Based on the above, my site should debut at a PR6. I also have links from several sites ranked at 5 to 7, some from low rank link pages with a site rank of 8 and 9.

If I should hit 6, or even 5 at the next update, this was to easy.

My question is, does anyone know if google devalues multiple links such as I am receiving from the nuke sites? I would tend to think of them as one link from the highest ranked page on each site or even a median between the highest and lowest.
