Looking for Seo... Any recommendations?

I am looking for an seo that I could contract to review my site.

Right now I can not afford much till the site generates income, which is why I think I need an SEO.

If you guys could look at my site, then recommend me a good ethical SEO that could help advise me on what to do... that would help, or...

If you guys are able to help and give me some advice... please do...

The goal I need to reach is good placement on google and yahoo for any keyword phrase related to buy new car and buy used car

Try taking out all the CSS and putting it into an external file. TITLE should be above all META tags. Put more keywords in the TITLE tags. Good luck with it.
