Anchored Text Links

I have started to create anchored text on my internal links. I understand that I should not repeat the same keywords on every page so I have chosen between 6-10 for my main pages which I am alternating.

With regards to the other pages like contact us, links and site map can I want to use the same anchored text keyword on every page.

If I did would it effect my chances of high rankings on google?

Just another unproven myth IMO. Use the anchor text that describes the landing page and helps your users.

Yes, but use applicable keyword/terms.

Also, internal anchor text links will help much more if the title of the page is similar or the same as the link.

Or the same keyphrase is in both the anchor text (link text) and in the title of the linked page, preferably at the start of both.
