First place to start would be to get rid of all the stuff that Google says explicitly not to do.

We have a lot of posters who come here to ask for help on how to rank higher than spammers, now we have one come here who spams and wants help...

Welcome to the forums, ebayta.

Have you gotten permission from Ebay to use their trademark on your site and especially in your domain name? I know that Ebay in particular is very protective of their trademarks, so I would be cautious.

Default I wouldn't think

Hi,
I wouldn't think that you could get into legal trouble with ebay, as long as you don't pretend to actually BE ebay.

As long as you explicitally state that you are not part of ebay I would assume that you are fine.

But then again I'm not a lawyer.

Thanks for all your concerns and help. I have a disclaimor on my page that states I am in no way affiliated with EBAY or endorsed by them. Hopefully that will keep me out of trouble. My site will help their business not hurt it either. Whats the deal with CBP once again he is calling me a spammer. Forgive me if Im worng I thought this site was to ask for advice and help on Search Engine help and website help. I am new to this and just want to ask people who have more experience. I am not selling anything so I dont know how I am spamming. I hate spammers and fo rthis guy to find 2 of my post and to say thats what I am doing is crazy. I guess some people need to learn to get a life. Thats all they can do is thread crap. I am simply asking for advice. For those of you who are trying to help me thank you!

Hidden text = spam = Google will ban you.

You want advice --> stop trying to cheat Google.

We get a lot of posts here complaining about sites that do what you do (ie spam).

What was it that you were doing?

Same color text as the background?

Yes - it was as bad as any other you will see. 100's of keywords same color as background - they have gone now.

My Google toolbar is gray, so maybe Google have already dumped it (not sure if it was grayed out when I looked earlier).
