google indexed me after only 1,5 day, but isnt showing links

people here always say you dont have to submit your website on the search engines..
i guess i have experienced that myself now.. only 1,5 day after putting my site online it's indexed in google

but it isn't showing backlinks to my site.. how is that possible? the googlebot must have found me thru a link to my site on another site.. so it must have backlinks indexed?

Google updates its search index continuously. It only changes the composition of the backlink sample about monthly. Just because a backlink is not in the sample dos not mean it is not counted.
