Google API - more than one account possible?

I've got a Google API account, but their TOC says that if you try to get more than one, then you'll be "banned"

Is it possible to get more than 1 account though as 1,000 requests is a little restrictive, as I want to find the "ranking" of my sites by keyword, and there's a lot of keywords and sites I want to check on (plus going to multiple pages in the search)

Since their terms of service specify only one account, then I would stick to that. They have ways of finding out if you have more than one account, so I would be careful.
