Default Google support free host site?

I have some question about Free Hosting.

Does Google support free hosting site and include in indexing?

Does free hosting site increase the link popularity?

Free hosting site good for visitor?

I guess that depends on the ads.
If I accidentally find myself on a geocities site with lots of pop ups, I will leave right away.
Even though I have a popup blocker, my browsing experience is slowed down

I think anyone that is serious about there business should not use a free hosting site.

If your going to spend time and money on your site you should break down and spend $15.00 a month for a host.

You will have more control of what is going on with your site.

You have 4 sites in your signature - are you asking if a site on a free host can be used to boost the rankings of these?

This kind of question often comes up. A main site is set up and is on a paid host, so if you set up another site (or a series of sites) on a free host(s) with links back to the main site ... will it help boost the main site?

Apart from being silly and should get you banned for spamming, it is not really going to help much. The site on the free host will take time and will need to rank well itself to pass on any benefit - it is not going to rank well if its a crappy or a dodgy site.

Spend the time improving the quality of the main site and getting links for that.

This is the best advice you are going to get anywhere. Forget about search engine optimization and Google and DMOZ/ODP and reciprocal links and everything else you may read in the WPW forums or anywhere else. I'm not saying all those other things don't have any value, but:

STEP ONE: BEFORE ALL ELSE, START WITH A GOOD SITE: GOOD CONTENT AND GOOD PRESENTATION.

Do that and the rest will follow....
