IM trying to achieve number one position, this website is number 6 now, how can I grow higher? IM trying everything and I dont see any changes. Links, Site map.. Keywords... ??

For traffic school, you are 3rd in yahoo, and like 5th in google, what exatly are you looking for? If you want to be #1, not that the exposure is going to be signifigantly higher than where you are, you need to keep working on anchor text links, and give it time.

I agree with Jestep. In my experience, anchor text seems to be king when it comes to organic results (behind content obviously). Be sure you use those keywords IN the anchor text. Also, vary your anchor text using different competitive keywords. Don't just focus on anchoring 1 specific keyword phrase or you are selling yourself short in competitive terms.
