I have 4 sites for my company now which are not linked to each other but three of them have exactly the same content and design.
One is doing very well on google and the others are doing well on other search engines so I don't want to drop any. As I said they are not linked to each other so I guess I am not spamming am I? If I linked three to one main website would that be classed as spamming by google? Moz |

You can ban Googlebot from crawling the three duplicate sites with robots.txt in order to protect the Google rankings of the one that they have indexed.
You might also want to see if and how Yahoo has the four sites indexed and take appropriate measures. Since three of the sites have identical content linking between them would be unwise unless you do the robots.txt exclusion.

I agree, google has been removing a lot of sites since late April, when they started their duplicate content filter. Definately either block the spiders using robots.txt, or change the content. It may not be an option for you to block the site, because it will not be crawled and therefor will be removed from the SERPS so changing the content would probably be your best bet.
