Google Ranks Yahoo Results?

I am fairly new to the SE thing so I will probably sound stupid to some. It's the same discussion I had the last time I posted; Overture vs AdWords.

Google is listing me as #1 for some key phrases like "7 wonders whipped body butter" (one of our products), but not as a direct link to http://www.angelpure.combut to a directory page on Yahoo that has my Overture ad in the top spot!

On Yahoo, the same search lists lists us as # one for that phrase for free without the ad.

I have quit using AdWords completely. Now my Overture efforts are indirectly showing up on Google! Why the heck do I need AdWords?
