Google Updating

I am seeing google hammering my site right now and keyphrases I wasnt showing upo for ealier I am now. So I wonder if they are updating. It seems the bot has been all over my site here in the last 30 to 40 mins. Anyone else seeing a change in the serps. LOL I am seeing the results change before my eyes..I know this maybe old news for all you seasoned pros..but being new to this I find it exciting.

There does seem to be some changes going on - maybe is an internal update in PR and backlinks analysis????

I noticed a major update, i have gone from only being ranked in specific search terms (like reading festival 2004 rumours) to being 5th in Reading Festival 2004 and 13th in Reading Festival. 1st in many and first page in almost all.

I observe some kind of update as well. It's difficult to predict now how big it is - but right now it has a positive impact on my SERPs.

Yesterday my new site showed up in the serps for position 3 and 14 for two sets of keywords I was targeting. Today I moved to position 2 and 12 for those same keywords. Traffic has increased. :)

Remember that it might be caused by initial boost Google gives to the new sites.
