Different Info for same page

Grateful if anyone can suggest an explaination to this little puzzle.
Please search " toddler toys sennen " - then follow the secondary listing to (www.baby-toys.co.uk)
This shows me a page ranking of 0/10
If you then go directly to the SAME url
( www.baby-toys.co.uk ) from your browser and check the page rank, it shows "Page not yet Ranked"
Have found many other examples of this scenario - can only think I'm landing on a different Google server - but everytime???
Thanks - any thoughts appreciated!
