Special Rule for Indian and Chinese Sites

Just came to know about a special rule for Chinese and Indian webmaster sites in the approval of Google Adsense accounts.

They need to wait for 6 months to confirm the ownership. Google cites "to protect the interests of our advertisers and existing publishers" as the reason for this.

6 months to have access to literally billions of potential clickers... If I could write in Chinese I'd be buying butt loads of Chinese domains and getting those sites primed and submitted for adsense approval. Image the $$$ possibilities given the right type of site(s).
