Anyone know of a good Adwords management firm based in the UK to help manage a £700~ Adwords monthly budget?

We are looking for a good improvment in CTR for our Ad's. etc. and we are a regional Law Firm.

Looked at companies such as Reach Local but they seem to have a lot of bad press so looking for someone you have dealt with?
