Exact address in ppc ad

I did a search today for electrician houston and I live in Austin, TX and saw a ppc ad with the exact address as the 5th line. I thought maybe this was new but saw RB mentioned it back in 2007 Google Displaying Exact Address Under AdWords Search Results.

Does anybody know how to get that exact address to show up instead of the city or state.

I believe you might have to set that up in your adwords account settings...i found this last week...
