Default geo-targetting & competition exclusion ?

Hi AdSense experts,
how does it work? If Google AdSense says it is geo-targeting the Ads according to IP range, then you'll never know all the Ads shown on your site. - Correct?

If you go by analyzing your page yourself in order to define your filter, excluding your competition's advertising from your site. don't you miss then all the Ads showing up in other geographical areas?

Does Google AdSense provide a report of all links it serves on your web-site? That would remedy the issue presented above. It would also make life easier to "eliminate" your competition. Just click on each link that you don't know of and check it for exclusion, if you don't like it on your site.

Look forward to your answers
