The best advice I can give is: read the Google Terms of Service.

You are allowed to display Google ads together with other advertisements if no confusion is possible between the two sorts of ads. There are many other rules you must obey with AdSense and the only way to know them is to follow my initial advice.

...yes the one thing is that you can't have targeted ads, ads that are pushed to the site based on keywords. So you can have your google ads do that but not the other ones...
