Default Google ADWords guidance

Google ADWords

Currently I am doing project for online adverting ( Improving SE ranking, and reg. with SE). Customer has paid for all as a one order ( for hosting, designing, Web promotion) , asking to put
some ads on google. I have Google ADword a/c for my self, advertised my web hosting
advts. on it. All billing is done by me. My query is..

1) Can I advt. my customer's ads from my adword a/c ( Google allow this ?)

I tried to understand terms of adword found at

https://adwords.google.com/select/Ts...der?country=IN

( I am from India)

Extracted from above URL
"6. Agency. Customer represents and warrants that (a) it is authorized to act on behalf of and has bound to this Agreement any third party for which Customer advertises (a "Principal"), (b) as between Principals and Customer, the Principal owns any rights to Program information in connection with those advertisements, and (c) Customer shall not disclose Principal's Program information to any other party without Principal's consent. "
As per section 6 Agency , it sounds like I can work as agency, and can act on behalf of my principle.
Any comments on this ....
( I don't have experience with yahoo and MSN pay-per-click ads, so any comments on them)

2) I have developed one simple business directory for my customer's and planning to promote customer's through listing.

a) Can I promote My Business directory listing pages on my adword ( or adword program is for personal use)

b) If I design a profile page for my customer on my business directory and advertise for that page on adword, Is that allow by google ?
Exa.
profile page : http://www.my-demo-directory.com/profile/xyz

Now, how to advertise this on google
Can anyone suggest perfect google adword format like

Title : demo products
Line 1 : demo products listing
Line 1 : demo products listing
Link to show : ???
Actual link :http://www.my-demo-directory.com/profile/xyz

regards

please, allow me;

you asked 3 very fundamental questions:

1) questions about being an advertising agency for a client

2) questions about promoting clients through listing sites as well as questions about landing pages

3) questions about basic adwords Title / Description formats

answering those questions to their fullest extent would require a few pages, so i will point you here instead. start with the first organic result - it's a neet article.

don't sell a professional service if you don't know what you're doing :: how would you feel if your brain surgeon came up right behind you as you're laying down on the OR table, points at a metallic monstrosity on a tray and says "k, how do i use this sucker?"

not cool man, not cool.

In your adwords account you can add a new campaign and setup an ad pointed to another url. You control cpc, keywords, budget, etc just like any other campaigns you run.

I agree with the other posters here - don't sell something to a client unless you have the experience to properly provide the service.
