Is Google Really Giving Out 10k+ in Google Adwords Credits?

This guy Michael Edwards is offering this ebook on how to get "unlimited google adwords credits" until you start to see profits in your google campaigns.

Have any of you bought this ebook and could you give me your total opinion on it? I am NOT affiliated in any way, I just want to know if its worth its salt.
