How view an Adwords advert in a foreign country?

I am in the UK and have launched a campaign targeting France only. How can I view the search results in Google as a France-based person would see it?

I tried searching several times at google.fr for France only results, but my advert didn't appear even though according to Adwords it is live.

You should be able to view the results for any of the keyword terms you are bidding on in the region/country you have set your campaign up as through the "Diagnostic Tool".
