Does anyone know if Google Adword vouchers are still around and where I can get one from?

My hosting company, in San Diego, California, USA offered one for new users of AdWords recently.
Only $40 and you had to be a new account of Adwords.
Haven't seen any others.

There are quite a few hosting sites that are offering Google Adword vouchers.

I've heard the current version of the .net magazine has some vouchers free vouchers. I'm going to find out.
