Out of my last 40 sales generated by Tracked sources (Affiliate code that I've inserted in Google, Yahoo, ect, as well as affiliates that are linking to us) I've only had 3 Google Adword sales, where I've had 15 come From Yahoo Search Marketing.
This may not sound too odd, but I've upped my Google Ad Words Payment about 25-40% in November and December, and Still not noticing any increase. Do you know if Google Ad Words are starting to go bust or is Yahoo Search Marketing just that much better? Is anyone else noticing this type of trend? Although I'm in a very niche market, Celebrity Autographs, I would think they would be about even. My Site is http://www.autographdealer.com Any help or ideas that you may have would be welcomed. |

As incrediblehelp said, drop the Content Ads if you're running them. Usually not a very valuable source of traffic.
Once that is completed you should consider dropping your broad match keywords until you get a better handle on your account. Only advertising phrase and exactly match keywords. This will reduce your impressions and increase your CTR. This should help keep your costs down. Once you've implemented this start adding negative keywords and slowly bring back the broad match keywords. This should keep you busy for several weeks or a few months depending on your search volume and the size of your account. Good luck Autographs.

I also found that you saved money when you turned off the content ad. Getting true targeted customers will increase your CTR.
