Offering Adwords vouchers to my customers

Hello there,
Has anyone any ideas how to contact Google regarding offering Adwords vouchers to my customers when they sign up on my websites?

When you login to your AdWords account there's a contact link at the top right.

You should be able to apply credits from 'my client centre' for any managed accounts which are less than 2 weeks old.
